Outfit used for digipak and advertisement

The reason I choose to use this choice of clothing for my artists image was mainly because it was used in our music video, in the studio and I thought it would be useful to keep similar conventions also I like the choice of clothing as it it quite plain and simple but still stands out especially since the background of my advert and digipak is black.

TESTING CD COVER OF DAN.

This is my draft and final for my testing of the digipak.
I decided to do a Gothic Rock theme and used dark dull colours Black and Grey.

Do's and Dont's.

Do's.

  • Clear font so the audience know exactly what they're buying.
  • The design of digipak relates to the genre and the house style
  • Include: Barcodes, copyright symbols, catalogue number etc
DONT'S.
  • Do not use text that is difficult to use.
  • A design that is too complex.
  • Place text over the artists face.
